Watercolor Florals
In this workshop, we'll take what we learned in Watercolor Basics and use it to paint soft, simple florals. Watercolors are perfect for replicating the luminosity of flowers and you'll learn to practice restraint in order to achieve that same fresh quality found in nature. Mostly, what I hope for you, is that you find the joy of using this fun and playful medium.

Meet The Artist: Mary Gregory
Like most artists, I have felt drawn to create art all of my life. After my two daughters were grown, the time was right to seriously pursue my artistic dreams. Painting is my favorite way to capture elements of nature and scenes from my country home. I take great delight in the natural world – from a butterfly wing to a vast landscape and everything in between – and painting is a way of interacting with these things and their Creator. We live in a beautiful world and much of it, especially the small things, goes unnoticed. It is my joy to point them out.
